Why does Proactiv keep getting away with ripping people off with unauthorized charges on creditcards and the orders. They come up with every excuse there is to keep charging you for orders you did not make.

Cant every on see this is the biggest scam ever. This company is worse than Bernie Madoff!!!!!!! Hopefully more people will come foward and the truth about this company will be exposed. They only want your money, tell you what you wanna here and then when you have already placed an order, this is where the problem starts.

They keep shipping you stuff and keep charging your credit card on purchases you did not make.

They tell you, you enrolled in a monthly shipment order when you actually did not. I hope the company goes out of business

i woke up in nov 2012 and a box wqas at my door

it said proactive-i do not know this company

i called the company they asked for my account number

i said who are you

they said i had an account in my name and it went on my credit card by email-the email was not mine but they will not tell me whom, i went to the bank dispoutred, called the police

and now they are charging me for another month and i have collection notices

you cannot report to BBB because trhe site does not recognie them

they work from a po box in iowa

what a scam and i had to change my bank card

and now my creditr is ruined

So a few months ago I purchased proactive because my cousin told me it was working for her. So i looked on their website and said I could purchase a trial version for 19.95.

I guess I should have researched further before buying these products! I received my proactive 3 step trial a few weeks after and then only TWO weeks later they charged me again for 27.95 or something like that. I was so mad! I had no idea they would automatically send products.

Its called a TRIAL version for a reason. So today I called the customer care and because I havent received anything 3 weeks later, He told me I should be getting it soon. He was really unprofessional and rude. He kept talking over me and wouldnt let me finish.

and when i kept telling him id like to cancel he still would try to convince me i needed a stronger product. I couldn't believe how rude their representatives are!! So right after, I called my bank and canceled my debit card and getting a new one. Im hoping they dont somehow keep charging me since my card number is different.

they told me that I still owed 40 dollars for the 90 day shipment I had no idea I was getting. Im not paying them 40 more dollars just to not use it and send it back. Im sending it back right when I get it.

What a *** company. BEWARE.

I just made my first order today, which I now think was a mistake. I made two orders which totaled $39.90.

I just checked my bank account and it shows that they charged me $47.50 for some reason. After speaking to a rep, she told me there was nothing they could do for me at the moment, as it takes 1-3 days for orders to process in their database.

Such b.s. Do not buy from their website or over the phone!

I cancel proative 4 months ago and I still get charged 29:99 amonth and it didnt even worked it just made it worst...can anyone help me put please!

A month after cancelling my account, and after being told I was NOT going to be charged anymore, I see a charge on my checking today. I've already sent them back the unused, unwanted products and have proof of delivery but the woman on the phone said I'm still responsible for the products EVEN THOUGH I have proof that they already received it.

two years after cancelling my account i received a package out of nowhere. it said I would be billed $59 on the form so I called immediately.

they told me it was a mistake and i wouldnt be charged. they asked me to send the package back at my expense and I said no.

today i noticed i was charged $5.99 out of nowhere. what a *** company.

Every month they have charged me for the products I did not consumed. Pissed off, I wrote to them, they answered me to the 60 days thing policy, and not willing to return the money. Are they going to charge this month, I mean, again?

It's ridiculous as well, but your bank/credit card companywon't do much to help you stop the bogus charges. What you do IS: CALL YOUR BANK/COMPANY AND SAY YOU LOST YOUR CARD.

After you report your card lost/stolen, they will immediately CANCEL that card (and the assigned card #) and reissue you a new card/new card#. This means Proactive CANNOT charge your old card anymore, keeping your account SAFE. NEXT- if you continue to receive packages, mark them REFUSED, and give it back to the post office/postman. It will be returned to Proactive, and this should...SHOULD..

stop the cycle of CRAZY ABUSE from this company. Good luck.

:( this is the worst company i have ever dealt with they are extremely rude and even now after having cancelled my account with them 2months ago they are continuing to charge my debit card, the reps are terrible and spit the same yarn over and over, the product it is disgustingly over priced and the entire thing is a scam, as far as im concerned they are stealing my money right before my very eyes, my bank cant stop it and after been reassured that there are no more payments owed theyre telling me im wrong

I was going to order Proactive I went on the website half way I decided not to fill the order. I got an email thanking me for my order then got another the oops the order wasn't filled..I go on my bank online account and the charge is there I called them they wouldn't cancel the order insisted there wasn't a way to stop it..

The rep kept asking what do you want me to do about it, WOW will never go on their sit again!! I finally got a supervisor they stated that would give me the refund..

The reps are RUDE, say the same thing over and over again and are not HELPFUL at all.. :( I think they RIP you off and I don't like that at all........

They did that to me also. They charged me $68 for something they advertised for $19.95. I was rather disgusted by this.
