Proactiv Poor customer service from Proactive. I am a brand new customer.
I have not even received my product yet. I ordered on 4/14/17, the last day to take advantage of a money back deal from my bank. This company re transacted my account 3 days later without my permission where I could no longer take advantage of my banking deal. I spoke to 2 people including a supervisor Jaye who, for a new customer, would offer absolutely no help.
I was treated like a second class citizen and I was actually told if I had been a customer for a while they would have done something for me. Shame on you Proactiv.
