My son moved in June 2021. We immediately notified Proactiv but they are still, to this day, sending the products to the old address!!
I have emailed and called so many times and each time I am told it has been fixed. The last time I was told to set up a new account, which I did. Just got an email from Proactiv indicating the products were being shipped to the old address!!! I cannot get anyone at Proactiv to help with this issue!
I've asked to speak with a supervisor or management and I just get to the same people in customer service!
You can bet that they take the money regularly for the products, but they cannot get the shipping address corrected! I have so many emails and notes of the times I have contacted Proactiv about this issue and still it has not been corrected!!!

Missing product, resolved. However the way the website is set up is misleading.
It was my understanding that I was to pay $19.95 for trial. And if I wanted to continue I would do so by ordering the 30 or 90 day supply.
When package was received it was not the trial as it lead me to believe. I was automatically given a 30 day supply which was a charge of $59.95 that I was unaware I had to pay.

I placed an order a month ago, I believe, and I still haven't gotten my order yet. I'm being very patient about it, but I'm not too sure about using proactive anymore.
Furthermore, I don't know if it's a delay or something, but I would definitely like an email about my order instead of just waiting for nothing to come in. Unreal.

I started buying proactive for my daughter it did not work out. They continued to send it and charge me.
They wouldn't accept returns or the money back guarantee they advertise.
I do not recommend this company.

I tried to call to cancel my proactive membership but never answer the phone always sound like 3 consecutive pip like this pep pep pep and cut the call never never answered I called back because there is 3 phone numbers then sent an e mail is the same they didnt write back please call me 619 737**** or 619 721****

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. Emailed with details of charges I got that were charged after I cancelled or didn't receive before cancelation..
I had canceled my subscription as the last time I was charged I never received the product I ordered. Once they got it canceled, I was still charged for more product.
I had to change my payment setting, so I wouldn't be charged again. I was charged 3 times for product I never received. I should be refunded $103.96. I emailed today again as the last few times I have tried I got a response saying they put in a ticket and checked again a month later with no one replying to me or because I didn't reply within 30 seconds on the chat they have on their site it said I was unresponsive, and they closed out the chat.
They didn't even give me time to respond.
Terrible customer service. Do not buy.

Why is my account being charged so much??
I received an email stating my order was being sent and my card was to be charged $119.00 so I called and completely cancelled my subscription.

Multiple calls for address change
Multiple calls to update address and they continue to ship to the old address! Once again I was told that it was corrected and it was caught in time to get to the new address!
Wrong it was still delivered to the incorrect address! This has been ongoing for almost 7 months!

Pro-active has continually taken money out of my account and has sent me nothing i have made 6 payments and have got nothing. I would like my money back please.
User's recommendation: Dont give Pro-Active yout banking info. Seven months on the 1st money has been taken from my account and have not received anything. When I question whats going on they say its on way or ( now that I cancelled at the bank its on back order)
Subscription help
I spent 25 minutes on the phone with live chat to try to cancel my subscription. The agent offered me all kinds of deals to stay and agreed to reduce my shipment quantity at a lower cost.
When I asked her to go ahead and do that she told me to call back in May to request that. Ridiculous! So then I called the 800 number and got an agent to agree to cancel my subscription but then the call was dropped before I got confirmation.
This company is like a virus that you cant get rid of. BEWARE!!!!!

Waited 5 months to charge my card after I cancelled my membership, they should have taken their money when I cancelled if I owed them money, don't wait 5 months
Being charged after cancelling
Was charged 2 times after I canceled, was refunded both times. Hope they stop charging me! Even being charged after it shows that I have canceled
