You'll call customer service accusing that it's fraudulent, when the truth is, when you placed the order it is already written there that it'll be a subscription if you avail the discounted price. The problem with yall is you're not reading, you just checked the box saying you agree the T&Cs. *** yall

I understood that proactive was a service, it's when they shut down my account claiming I missed payments when I had in fact paid AND had the conformation email to prove it and they continue to harass me that I called it quits. *** proactiv and their terrible customer service and billing department.

I will NEVER use or recommend this companies product to ANYONE. It doesn't work well enough for this b.s.
